Final update: The seller sent a new "lower control" (motherboard), which we installed tonight. The treadmill is working again and we have a very happy pittie girl. Appreciate the help received from the seller's customer service department... thank you!

Update: Have been in contact with the seller and manufacturer to determine how to fix the issue. They've assured me it will be resolved. When it is I will amend my rating.

Bought this treadmill for my dog 2 months ago, she's been using it every day because she's a high energy pittie. It worked fine up until today. This morning, there was an E9 error code. There's nothing in the manual or online about how to clear this code. I've tried disconnecting the panel, unplugging for 10 minutes, etc. Nothing has worked. I've emailed the customer service address and received no response. I now have a $300 paperweight in my garage.
